IN THE FLOW YOGA – Second Monday of the month from 5:30-6:30 – This dynamic class has something for everyone. This is Michael’s popular class based on his 30 years of experience in creative movement, physical fitness, martial arts, yoga, meditation and integrative wellness. We begin with an overall warm-up, then move to invigorating breathwork to release our stress hormones, then basic chi kung to find our flow, then centering ourselves with Michael’s unique approach to asana practice. This is followed by a wonderful Savasana meditation to restore and rejuvenate. We are all stressed and suffer future shock and information overload like never before – this is an opportunity to relax, stretch and find your center so you can flow through the rest of your week. Bring your yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and an open heart and come drop into the flow.
