Mindful Moment with Michael – Episode 9 – Mindful Parenting

There is no more important job on the planet – and also more challenging – parenting. When we are mindful, present and compassionate we can find unique, creative and effective ways to stay in conversation with our children. Most often when we act out our anger we are caught in our own feelings of insecurity, fear, and incompetence. Of course there are limits to set, consequences to apply – but when we do so from a place of love, confidence and presence, we become more creative, skillful and effective.
