Mindful Moment with Michael – Episode 6 – Mindful Conversation

This is the sixth episode in Michael’s popular Mindful Moment with Michael series that has aired on broadcast television.  It’s now available for free here on his blog and youtube channel.  Mindful Conversation is the subject of this video and explores simple ways to be more present in your conversations with others.  Letting go of judgment, being in the now, and listening from the heart.  This is not always easy to practice, particularly if a conversation is full of conflict – however, with practice and presence, it’s possible and very rewarding.  Feel free to make comments or subscribe for future Mindful Moments with Michael.
