Michael has created a fun, relaxing experience based on his many years in yoga, music, and meditation into an hour that will take you from rhythmic movement and laughter to flowing yogic postures and meditative stillness accompanied by live music by this Grammy Nominee. We are all stressed and suffer future shock and information overload like never before – this is an opportunity to relax, stretch and find your center so you can flow through the rest of your week. Bring a yoga mat!
